The College is lead by a Primary Principal for Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 and a Secondary Principal for Years 7 to 12.
Born in Zimbabwe, Maryann was heavily involved in farming communities and provided education alternatives for the local farming families. After immigrating to Australia in 2000, Maryann commenced teaching at Quinns Baptist College in 2001.
In 2007, the College separated into Primary and Secondary. Maryann was appointed as the first Primary Principal of the College.
With a keen interest in Early Years Learning, Maryann has implemented several programs that promotes early childhood education. She continues to provide opportunities for students to develop their potential in the initial schooling years.
Her passion is to mentor teachers in their development, domestically and internationally.
Maryann has completed a Certificate of Education (Zimbabwe) and has been actively involved in establishing 3 Baptist Colleges.
Tamara commenced teaching in 2008 after careers in small business consulting and retail. Serving the community in various roles since then, Tamara was appointed as the Secondary Principal in 2017.
Her passion is to build the capacity of young people to be active global citizens who have developed a deep sense of personal responsibility to love and care for others and to have a personal relationship with God.
Tamara has completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Marketing) and a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education.
